Bringing Some Action to the Table

I have been lazy about writing in my blog. Maybe it's because I don't have anything exciting to say. If I would have been following a strict diet I may have felt more like writing about it. I have been pretty much on regular food during my absence. No, I have not been pigging out. I have been trying to eat light. I weighed myself this morning. I am still down the five pounds even after eating regular food for several days.
I plan to do something different. A ten day water fast may just break up the boredom and bring some action to this task. I have my schedule fixed for the event. I started about an hour ago. The detox should be good to help not only lose weight, but hopefully help get rid of food cravings for regular food. My cravings should turn to more healthful items.
I hope to write in this blog everyday to journal how I am coming along with the fast. Let's see if I can keep my nose to this grindstone. :)
