Re-Entering the Physical world

I need to get my Sacred Basket in order.

I need to take Grounding Green.

I need to clear my desk.

There is discomfort in my low back.

I neecto journey again into a healthy relationship with the physical whorl so i can drive 1699 miles round trip to the national heirloom expo..

every hour becomes precious again.

Rest is important.

the right remedies are important.

Nadine doesn't have insurance coverage for rental vehicle…
