Eleventh Day

I had a little more of the soda left over from yesterday and poured the rest down the sink to remove further temptation. I then had my one meal of regular food which included a large green salad. I am happy with the amount of dressing that I used and I do believe that I can kick the dressing habit soon. I'm adding raisins, carrots and mushrooms which seem to be able to substitute some kind of taste that I receive from the dressing to satisfy me. I don't plan on eating any more today. I'm sure tomorrow will be a great weight loss day. :)
