Sixth Day

I had one meal of regular food again. I am not going to eat anything today but that one meal. I think limiting myself to one meal is also success. The meal included a large green salad. I am limiting the amount of dressing that I use. I love dressing. I would love to learn to eat green salads with no dressing. Adding fruit to the salad works, but I was at a restaurant salad bar and didn't see anything there that would work for me. I'm looking forward to losing more weight tomorrow.
