WE HAD A LACTIC ACID FERMENT AT HARPOS THAT WE USED IN A DRINK AND IN OUR BREAD

When I lived with Harpo at his Harpos Health House By The Sea in 1974-76, we had a very special natural ferment, similar to Kambucha that we added to bread. It transformed the grain and made it lighter. This product feels similar. It was also a healthy lactic Acid producing drink rich in B vitamins.
