How I Plan to Attack the Problem by celery stick .....

My goal is to lose thirty pounds

It's the evening of August 2, 2014. It's very hard for me to lose weight so I am going to attack my problem from a different angle which, I think, will be more aggressive than what I have been doing recently. My goal will be to lose thirty pounds. It seems like a high mountain to climb, but I have the faith that I will do it if I keep my nose to the task. My main focus will be on eating as healthy as I can. I also plan to do some fasting. I know someone who lost a lot of weight by writing down everything that went into her mouth. It made her conscious of what she was actually eating. Her food list was viewed by her husband and others which helped her to be accountable in her own weight loss journey. She was successful with this approach. I do not plan to weigh in everyday. I think that can be very discouraging and also, I believe this is not an accurate daily measure of success. I believe that what I consume will be a more accurate way for me to evaluate my success than my daily weight. Instead of posting numbers from a scale and other stats, I plan to post, among other things, my daily food list of what I consumed for the day. I will start tomorrow since today is almost over.
