Day 6 by SuperWoman29 .....

2 Hour Workout (weights included :)!

I cannot believe I worked out for 2 hours today! This is amazing. I admit I was very tired when warming up on the treadmill, and this may sound silly, but the boy I'm sort if interested in walked in, and at that point I had the energy and courage to hit the weights. It just goes to show you can do a lot when you have motivation/put your mind to it.

To my surprise, I did not lose as much strength as I thought. In fact, I could've pushed harder, but I knew it wasn't a good idea to overtrain without sufficient nutrients/calories.

Immediately afterwards I hit the sauna for 10 minutes, but when I walked outside, I was freezing. I just reminded myself that my blood sugar was probably insanely low so I wouldn't freak out.

When I got home I took amino acids and made myself some tomato, celery, sweet potato (never tried it before)and cucumber.

I feel pretty darn awesome now. I just hope I'm not in pain when I wake up tomorrow.
