BOWEL IBS AGITATED

I went to Jacumba Hot Springs twice last week.
I recommend these hot minerals pools, however, my IBS was agitated some something connected with attending.

I am not having Bowel issues. I have not had these complains in a long time.

Ken Small suggested I get some slippery elm. Locally in San Diego, I am calling In harmony herb shoppe to see if they have it in stock.
