I've stared writing a book on how to enjoy higher self awareness with consciousness-raising communications and that might be more simply stated in terms of heart-centered communications.

"Thinking with the heart" is can be noted along with this.

Shavasti goes on to say "... The core foundation that I present in my book is a communication process that creates trust, safety and the support for individuals to tell "the absolute truth" to one another.
