Hijacked Dream

I was on a program a course a direction and then the dream I was doing was hijacked.

Great disappointment revealed to me in a dream as I awaken this morning,

Have I the strength to regain the direction i was headed?

Where to begin again ?

Do I want to?

Health now in drivers seat.

Pizza box episode

Took Nadine for a yogurt. It is in the same shopping center as the pizza shop Woodstock that was so generous with me. They would give me pizza boxes for my Grow A healthier Pizza project, that made my day. I did not have the spirit to go there and ask for a new box.

Pain in left side here, mild discomfort, returned this morning, no AminoActiv working now ti hold down inflammation.

I created this pain. It was the way i handled my stress.
