Once you get your thought patterns in line with the Will of God then you will be able to move into the Eternal Spiritual plane of existence!

Have you ever stopped to seriously consider your eternal potential?

Once upon a time; I ran track, and was clocked running the
" 440 Yard " or ( Quarter Mile) in 45 seconds on a cinder (CCW) track in Florida ...

{This was not an Olympic sanctioned or timed event with at least 2 chronometers but never the less it was fast}

This is not to brag, but rather to make a point of application! That is a fast time: That was something done at a younger age and not repeated in later life - it was part of a Kairos Rhythm Cycle Moment...

** The 440-yard dash, or quarter-mile race, is a mid - length sprint race in track and field competitions.

In many countries, athletes previously competed in the 440 yard dash (402.336 meters) – which corresponds to and was referred as the 'quarter-mile' (the design of which many athletic tracks in the United States were set to in the 20th century). In the 19th century it was thought of as a middle distance race.

World-record holder Lon Meyers of Virginia who ran in the 1880s was the first runner to consistently break 50 seconds at the distance, and ran more 440s under 50 seconds than the total run by all amateur and professional athletes of his era.
In 1947, Herb McKenley of Jamaica set a world record in the event with a time of 46.3 seconds, which he lowered the following year to a new world record of 46.0 seconds.
In 1971, John Smith lowered the world record to 44.5 seconds.

The race has since been changed from (402.336 m) to just a 400 Meter run... Thus the time differential is less ...

The 440 yard race distance used imperial measurements, which have been replaced by metric-distance races. The 400 Meter Dash is the successor to the 440 yard dash.
An athlete who competes in the 400 m may still be referred to as 'quarter-miler'.

** That being said; that would be a 3.0 minute mile! Something not done by any human so far...
Why because a person has to pace or control themselves depending on what type race they are running!

Therefore if you could sprint at that pace in a full mile run {which is humanly impossible}; most likely you would exhaust yourself and/or collapse face down - resulting serious injury or maybe even resulting in death!

Different race different pace!


This is where most of us are; attempting to run full out everyday..
Feeling stressed and even guilty since you can not do complete it! Sad that so many have been lured into such a fast paced life with the result for most often becoming a total failure!

Learn to pace yourself...
