The voices are barely there. My delusions are getting better too.

I've been on my medicine again for 2 months and 6 days and I notice a difference. My voices are almost completely gone. I only heard them a little yesterday and it took a lot of work to hear what they were saying.

The delusion of the devil is also getting much better. I barely think about it and when I do I just rationalize with myself. The voices made it easy to do because last Friday they told me it was all me. That the devil is my mind. That they're just emotions. Love and hate. And I will get better. For around 2 hours after that I believed it. But then it went back to just questioning.

The delusion about smelling hasn't really gotten much better. I've been so concerned with the one about the devil I haven't even been paying attention to the one about smelling. But it took 7 months on the meds for it to go away last time. I was also smoking weed and drinking all the time so that's probably why it took so long to get over.

It's a very persistent delusion though and I've had it for 8 years except for the 6 months when the medicine was working. I know it will go away again. Hopefully by this summer. If it went away before it will go away again.

The doctor upped my invega shot. So starting next month I will be getting two shots instead of one. Hopefully that will jump start me on the road to recovery.
