Are you looking for a natural environment near SDSU?
Are you looking for a natural environment in the city? Does it interest you to live near San Diego State University on a 1/3 acre parcel rich in plant life and the possibility of reconnecting with the beat of nature? This is a place to reconnect with the land and hear birds, and breathe some fresh canyon air.
The Room becomes available May 1, 2014 to a responsible person. The Rent is 640.00 (or $520 with 12 hours of gardening or household chores). House overlooks canyon and has large backyard, walking distance from SDSU. This is month to month; however, you are asked to give two months notice before moving out. Although we are not asking a lease, we are looking for a new resident who will stay awhile. This is an unfurnished room. Please see photos.
It is 76-year-old home with character, within walking distance of SDSU. You get your own private bedroom. We have a shared kitchen, dining room, living room. and shared bathroom. Perfect for serious graduate or upperclass student and/or gardener. No smoking tobacco , drugs, and limited alcohol on the property.
Be prepared to pay the higher amount $640.00 the first month with a refund for the possible work trade for the 12 hours or a portion thereof. Rent includes Utilities and shared supplies $100.00 range; May be higher some months. Please anticipate 1 1/2 hours minimum a week to clean up after yourself, and help with regular house cleanliness.
Whole, pure, natural food is the ideal here. Many vegetarian dishes are prepared here but you do not have to be a Vegetarian. There are vegetarians as well as carnavores living here, but we all get along. Mainly we love to eat healthy food. Numbers of us eat food from local organic farmers. Numbers of people like to cook natural foods.
Numbers of our housemates are familiar with alternative healing arts and aspire to live a healthy living lifestyle. We are good hearted and trustworthy people open to others on various natural living or/ eclectic spiritual paths.
This is a cooperative living household perfect for a nature lover and person willing to do yardwork and gardening. My aspiration is to continue growing the residence into an Enchanted Garden Intentional Community.
