Shifting head space scares me


Need for compassion and do some clearing.

It's a frequent shock to wake up and enter the day after having an early morning session Friday when I feel balanced, inspired,.

Shoshana Wheeler, empathy part, shared with me how she great parents yourself, kidding self love and compassion. I need to do that right now in my own way.


The clutter and accumulations in my space always weigh heavy on me when I start to think about them. I am definitely victimized by my things.

The pressure of needing a new housemate also always be there until I sell this need.

I have to remind myself now I have been making progress with taking steps to get the new housemate.

I am experiencing little health improvement through using the hypertonic solution that is called Optimum mineralization.

It would be good to clean up a few things. I feel like calling some see how I helped me.
