More than 2000 Products with Kamut® are now being Produced

I had a talk with Trevor Blyth, CEO for Kamut International. We spoke at the Natural Product Expo West.

Some of the questions I asked and his answers were revealing.

One of the conclusions that I have, is that many Eaters, who cannot eat Modern wheat or its gluten content, can eat Kamut® ancient Khorasan Wheat.

This information leads me to believe that it is not gluten per se, but gluten that has been "man handled" for commercial gain is the culprit. It is the hybridization and Genetic Modification of wheat that no longer allows wheat to be the Staff of Life.

I began the year of 2014 grinding fresh grains of this ancient wheat in my hand grinder. I then gave the wheat time to ferment with a sourdough starter. I made a pie from the dough.

ONE OF THE BIG QUESTIONS FOR 2014: WHY IS IT THAT SO MANY EATERS OF KAMUT® ANCIENT WHEAT REPORT THAT THEY CAN EAT THIS ORIGINAL GRAIN THAT DOES HAVE NATURALLY OCCURRING GLUTEN AND GAIN HEALTH BENEFITS FROM THIS WHOLESOME GRAIN?
