hello, Zincsulfate,

I was off my blog for 7 months but wanted to respond--yes, you are right! EVERYTHING in our entire planet, including our bodies, is made up of chemicals--basic chemistry from the periodic table. Some chemical compounds, as you state, can be good for our health--I take supplements--vitamins, minerals, amino acids, created by chemical compounds, for example.

Of course, what I mean by this blog post are primarily INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS that humans create--insecticides, petroleum byproducts, paints and varnishes, cleaning products, etc. Fortunately, "green" chemistry is now coming into vogue and chemists and industry are looking for more eco-friendly ways to create industrial chemicals compounds.
