I'm in the grind. It's the end results that are nice, not necessarily the process.

Down to 161.3 now.
By eating some small meals of fish (+taking small nibbles from great cheese if feeling the need), and twice daily coffee enemas. Drinking lots of water, too.
Today, back to work at the piano.
I am finding the Essene Gospel of Peace to be of immense instructional and motivational and spiritual aid during this process. i've downloaded an audio version from itunes that i'm gonna listen to, now, cycling to my studio.
When I slim down enough I'm gonna start back at Bikram Yoga, which I adore. I really don't enjoy it if I'm too fat though. It's tough, emotionally, looking at yourself in the mirror at a weight you find abhorrent, and equally tough is not being able to go as deep in the postures as you know you can - merely because there is fat in the way. Conversely, when I am relatively slim, and continuing to get thinner, i find it very, very helpful. You get to really appreciate the beauty of this body we were given.
No exercise really so far... some short walks.. gonna up that. For the moment, though, I need to get work done for upcoming performances, so that, along with sticking to the protein only, is my priority.
Peace be with all who read this.
