Thing is coming out of my left wrist and it's the largest yet

I have been putting the white nail polish rather thick on my left inner wrist for several days and just sprayed some hairspray as I have noticed some changes and it's starting to rise to the top slowly...I can make out the outline and my skin broke open with no blood where the "nose" or breathing mechanism is to give it some air. Am so pleased with this progress and am trying to take photos as it happens.
