Andrea Beth Damsky told me about this product that sounds interesting.

Laminine is a food-based supplement, made from 3 ingredients. The main ingredient is fertilized avian egg extract, made from 9-day old chicken eggs. This ingredient provides fibroblast growth factor, which activates dormant stem cells in the body, to stimulate tissue repair. The other 2 ingredients are proteins from marine sources and yellow pea plants. Together, the 3 ingredients provide all of the essential amino acids necessary for creating proteins with in our bodies.

There are two other medically-proven actions that Laminine does. The first is it promotes production of serotonin, which is our body's natural mood improvement chemical. For this reason, Laminine was originally known as "The Happy Pill". People who are taking drugs for depression that elevate serotonin levels should consult with their doctor before taking Laminine so it does not make their serotonin levels too high. The other thing Laminine has been proven to do, is reduce cortisol levels. Cortisol is the hormone which increases when people have too much stress, and it causes accumulation of excess belly fat.

Laminine goes where ever the body needs it most. This means that the types of benefits people experience vary, because everyone's needs are different. 80% of people feel improvements within 2-3 days of starting to take it; a smaller percentage of folks will notice effects in a couple of weeks, and a very few will notice improvements within a few months' time.


There are a few known celebrities who use Laminine and promote it widely. One is former football player Rick Goltz, who suffered severe depression from accumulated football-related head injuries. Since taking Laminine, he no longer experiences depression. The other is actor Kevin Sorbo, who used to play Hercules in the tv series. He had 3 strokes which left him severely debilitated, and he credits Laminine with helping him recover normal brain function and body control.
