Huge mites in dermal layer of scalp

Several large spots on my head have troubled me for over a year now off and on with no answers to the cause or cure. Upon a hunch I started using a spray for roses that took care of all kinds of pests that plague the rose, the main one I was interested in was the mite. After a week of spraying this applying coconut oil, and The Works toilet bowl cleaner, they have begun to come to the surface of my scalp. Two "fangs" or whatever are the first things I see and they seem to lap over each other a little bit. The lump they cause when right below the skin is about 1 to 2 inches long and 1 and 1/2 inches wide.
