Back in the Saddle

22 days today, feel great again - note to self, don't ever let 2 or 3 wishy washy days when fasting discourage you -- stick to it and the great feeling and strength will return :)
Don't want anything anymore, got a bunch of fresh beets with their tops at the market the other day and started with one of them and some of it's greens in my juice yesterday morning. That caused me to eliminate a few times, lots of watery red slush... no need for that coffee enema - feel good. Been detoxing a fair bit, with the beets, and eliminating the last four days a bit more than before -- stuff must be moving and just me detoxing to a new layer or something - used some more foot patches the last couple of nights in a row and they came out very full - still have a white coating on my tongue - not thick, but there every morning etc, so definitely still shedding toxins. Thinking that coming up to that might have been the sort of wall I felt that few days - it wasn't too bad, I'm just relieved and glad it has stopped and I feel inspired and good again, back on my horse as it were.
Just finished my morning practice and yoga - great session, the builders next door are a bit annoying with their car radio blasting out bad autocorrected diva's... combatting that with playing my own music a bit loud... note - whoever invented the autocorrector should be confined in a small space and forced to listen to it in daily torture sessions... I'm sure there's something in the Geneva convention about sonic weapons like that being unleashed on the civilian populace... (if I had food in my gut I cd gag -- whatever happened to real music?!!)
A'hem... yes, they will finish building that house and give me my garden wall back sometime this summer... sigh...
Going to make another juice now - beet with its greens, spinach, apple and some cilantro thrown in... first juice for the day, then I'm going cook my bf some banana muffins to use up some that are going black... I'll enjoy the aroma filling the house & him smiling when he gets home soon from his new job today...
Talk to y'all tomorrow... for now, going strong :)
