How Fun!
It is 9:10 pm, November 8, 2013

I just went through a box of Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, matching the duplicates and putting them into plastic bags. This would be a fun game to play with the kids tomorrow at the Permaculture Convergence, but then, I would;t want to lose these treasures!

I would have to explain the game, and give some seeds as prizes to the kids who matched them up the fastest into the duplicate packages.

How would I do that? Split the packages into baskets of the same number of seeds and see who got them all together.

I was listening to the Podcast of Joel Saladin who will speak at the March 13-6, 2014 Permaculture Voices Conference in Temecula. I wonder where the locally will be. I imagine the man who is organizing the Permaculture Voices Conference will be at the event tomorrow at Sky Mountain Institute.

I didn't get my energy up for this event until this evening. I have been very tired and I want to slow down.

Listening to Joel Saladin was inspiring. He is talking about old farmers at 60 matching up with youth who want to learn farming. I see applications to this house, the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community. We need some fresh youth here, but it is so nice have the same old residents living here. It takes time to integrate new people.

The timing of the Spring Permaculture Voices Conference does not overlap with the Natural Product Expo West, March 6-9, 2013. This event is March 13-14-15-16. That is doable.

This is really good into the talk....addresses old farmers, 60 years old, taking on youth. This inspires me about our Enchanted Garden home in San Diego.
