Wrist would changes it's topography several times a day

This evening my wrist looked like more white stuff was coming up to the skin's surface from deeper in the dermis. I was disappointed as I thought this ulcer was debrided entirely. Not so! But, I did remember a little something I read about peppermint and camphor. I happened to buy some bath salts with several ingredients and one of those is camphor, SO I mixed about 50-50 in a small medicine cup with half being hot water and put some on my wrist and front of my scalp as I can feel the little shits in there. I can see in the bed of the wound a couple of thin, but longish dark areas, almost like there may be fibers there trying to find there way out. I got one out earlier, it was black in color. Earlier I had applied a drop of nicotine directly to the wound and then applied a bandage that also had a drop of nicotine on it. Several inch long very thin, white threads or worms were right up at the surface and came right off. One even came off on the bandage! I'm trying not to do the same thing every time as they seem to get used to what you are using. So I am really trying to mix it up.
I messaged an old high school friend who happens to direct and produce short films close by. He made medical films for the college and hospital for 12 years and his father was a Dr. when I was growing up. I am going to see if he wants to get any of what I am doing on film. He has alot of medical knowledge and plenty of insider info and people to go to, so I don't know...hopefully he'll bite. He's a pretty good guy and he's solid as far as reputation goes. So, we'll see.
I'm sitting outside because it is so nice, it's about 3 a.m. where I am. I have had to start wearing something to cover my head as mosquitoes, moths, gnats, and flying bugs of all kind keep trying to get into my hair. I have a hoodie on at the moment and they keep flying into it lol.
