I am grateful that I was able to pay the rent yesterday.

I have been going through some boxes the last three days.

Today is Thursday.

My nerves are shot.

I am moving deliberately the last 30 minutes, to make sure that a check I write and send is placed in the envelope and carefully addressed.

I have in mind to go to the Post Office and put it in the mail.

I feel shaky.

My mind is not my friend in this moment.

Every thought and step I take has another action attached to it.

I turn and see another object that represents another action.

I would like to do OIl pulling now.

I have an appointment with the Oral Surgeon at 3 pm.

I talked to a knowledgable frield yesterday.

The Lipsotripsy Kidney Stone removal may have effected my kidneys energy.

It was invasive.

Their is some connection I am sure between the way my mind is functioning now, the jaw related issues I am having, and the teeth issues I am having.

I am concerned that the oral surgeon will want to perscrible another round of antibiotics.

I did not take all I was suppose to take.

Room Change

I want to call Lisa and find out if there is a special rate for the rooms
at Motel 6 South.

I blocked about that.

Let me find it.

I am hungry.

It is 10:50 am.

I have not eaten.

I have not shaven in days.

GO FIND MOTEL six.

Call Lisa.

Are there special rates for us there?
is there a block of rooms in one area at the Motel/

Youth at the 2nd Festival of Traditional Medicine of the Americas were enthralled by the act of grinding ancient wheat into flour.
