I put the writing I posted on Facebook ( See Below...) this morning into this Plant Your Dream Blog. I have been in a Health Storm since May 25. Today is August 1, 2013.
I committed today to invest $229.00 into a Round Trip air fare to Santa Rosa with a plan to be present at the National Heirloom Expo and then head north to spend four days at the Frey Organic Winery in Redwood Valley. I do not know how the details of the trip will work out at this time, but I needed to make this commitment today. The ticket prices were going way up and the seats were filling. I thought possibly I could shift a part of my itinerary. I was looking at perhaps coming home earlier September 13. The price of that ticket was $483.00!!
I had to shift my head space. I have been perseverating for days over how to make this work. Once I put down the money, my headspace shifted. The result was some very inspired writing...below...
The price is that hours later, in not knowing the details yet of how I will make my connections, I can feel some discomfort in my Kidneys right now. I am in pattern now where I need to learn to redesign my energy. I have been gifted with a body, in spite of what it called arthritis, that has allowed me to do extraordinary things in service. All I have to do to get there is step on an airplane Monday September 9. Do this, and I will be in Santa Rosa, site of the Sonoma Fairgrounds.--From Grow A Healthier Pizza, the book.

I am going to take a break now and go to the Kroc Center Therapy Pool with Nadine...my partner. It is now 3:47 pm.
I want to put up some images from the Frey Organic Winery. I want to talk about why I want to get there so much.
I also want to do a Blog in honor of Patricia Bragg, the legendary Health Crusader. I planted our Grassroots Movement with Patricia on the way up to the National Heirloom Expo last year. it was a profound experience visiting with Patricia, as well as spending time at the Frey Organic Winery.
Both The Frey Winery and Patricia are sponsors of my 2013 Trip to the National Heirloom Expo. The more I get into the spirit of the Trip, Sacred Seeds Are Awakening, the more I will overcome my discomforts. It is a strange and miraculous journey living in this body that succeeds when my Soul is in the driver's seat. I need to write. I feel better when I write.

This is a photo that was taken a few minutes before the Opening Ceremony at the National Heirloom Expo September 11, 2012. Vandana Shiva was scheduled to be the Opening Speaker. I had asked Paul Wallace, the organizer, to make room for an Opening Ceremony where I would plant Our Grassroots Movement for the RIght to Know and the Know How to Grow Our Own Food. The idea of an Opening and Closing Ceremony was new to Paul. It turned out that Vandana Shiva went to Japan instead to received an International Award, and sent a video. I just Confirmed my Plane Flight to the National Heirloom Expo Sept-10-11-12, 2013 in Santa Rosa. This Historic Event falls between what is called the Birthday of the Universe in the Jewish Tradition and the Yom Kippur, September 13, the Days of Atonement. These Ten Days are called the Days of Awe, and the Ram's Horn is blown to acknowledge a Great Awakening. I will be teaching Grow A Healthier Pizza With Heirloom Seeds for adults and the Youth at this Very Important Planet Event when more than 15,000 Heirloom Seed Lovers will converge at the Sonoma Fairgrounds. http://www.theheirloomexpo.com/
