How much recovery time after Lithotripsy? Withdrawal from the Vicodin an Opiate after 16 days...

The removal of my stent was July 10.
I am still slow in getting my energy back.

Everyone tells me this is normal.

I want to find out more from the internet.

I want to make plans to go to the National Heirloom Expo, September 10,11,12.

I used my Sunday morning energy to detail out more of the feelings I was having, and make start building the energy to go to the National Heirloom Expo.

I was excited writing this blog. I was also tired after I finished, but I wanted to get to the Farmers' Market. I took a couple AminoActiv, my natural pain reliever of choice.

I was shocked when I got to the FM.

I started to feel into going and realized I much I wanted to get away from home. Getting away form home was one of the impetus for wanting to go on this trip.

I have been face to face with all the things in my room and my inability to move the energy for weeks.

This is an extension of my Kidney stone pattern.

I feel stuck here. This discomfort of feeling stuck is exacerbated by
having to spend so much time recovering here.

Everyone tells me I am being hard on myself.

I am just tired a lot.

This ties in with feelings of being old.

I am also looking at things that are incomplete over a period of two years.

I need fresh energy to make progress.

I want to make peace with how long it is taking to feel better energetically.

WITHDRAWAL FROM OPIATES

While you're taking the opiates, your brain dials down the amount of natural endorphins that it makes since the opiates are kind of replacing them, and once you quit taking the opiates, it takes your brain a while to get the production going again, so you feel kind of lost and restless.
