Moving my body is very important.

it is important now to move the kidney stones and it is important
everyday to stop creating Kidney stones.

This condition has to do with stuck energy and fear
behind the stuck energy.

I started to go through a bag of papers that was on the floor for a long time.
I started to move that energy.

I found a CD from the National Heirloom Expo that I wanted to find
very much. It was here in this bag.

I started to use the jumper.

I need to move the energy where the stones are stuck.

I saw one notebook that had to do with the Heirloom Expo.

I laid down to take a nap and see this vision.

There were flies all over me wanting me to get up and move!

I just accepted them.

Joshua Tree for growing in a new direction is a good remedy for me now.

I need to move the energy.

I want to see how much of this one bag of stuck energy I can move along.

I want to see how much of this stone stuck I can move along.


I may have shifted the way the Vicodin is going through me.

I went with the lightheadedness.

I need to move the stuck energy and all the emotions stuck behind them.

I need to move the pain.
The jumper was helping.

I was concerned that I would have to be taking more and more Vicodin and that it would last less and less time between each dose.

I want to shift that.
