day 2 cleanse

Had my one cup of coffee this morning after drinking the fiber stuff in h2o and the release pills, garlic, vitamin C, vitamin D3 and CoQ10...have fasted all day and worked outside, so plenty of water and had to drink some Gatorade due to getting overly hot. Bought soapwort and lavender...hopefully will try soapmaking soon. My dream has always been to have my own soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion using natural ingredients and my own plants...maybe someday :) Oh and I found a wormwood plant and brought him home too :D
