why me with all the weird shit

Terrible stomach pains for 3 to 4 hours...I knew what was happening...and sure enough...larger blood flukes from higher up finally made their exit...something that is supposed to be found "in other parts of the world" and not here, I have...and have had for 2 or more years. I have never been to another country ..so I'm baffled
