I killed two blook flukes residing in my right forearm

I discovered yesterday that this is what is residing on my arms...For some reason yesterday they all came close to the surface of my skin, and well, needless to say, as frustrated, in pain, and just at the end of my strength...I grabbed a knife and tried to cut the damn thing out...I was not successful...I DID however, kill two of them today!! I injected a small amount .of wormwood into the flukes. Now I get no movement on my right forearm where these two are located. Now maybe I'll get some sleep as I haven't for the last 2 or 3 nights...no nap during the day either, and I have begun to see those tracer things out of the corner of my eye.
