worms in the lymph, worms in stool

The expelling of these parasites from my bowel is an awesome thing, though sometimes I am afraid to look and see what has come out. Mostly it has been small 1/8 inch to 1/4th inch worms and flukes...but I did expel a worm that was about 1 10 inch worm right before my doctor's appointment the other day! My lymph are full of some kind of worm..as I can see them in my abdomen..and have an ulcer there...I could see it's black eyes but I could not get him out...the past several days my neck has begun to hurt on my left side up all the way to just under my jaw bone...it's an a terrible feeling, almost like I'm choking. No one here understands, and I am tired of being strong
