End of day 2 of water fasting

It is the end of the second day of the fast and I have lost another kilo. I was able to function normally throughout the day. I studied for and took an exam and felt fully capable. I haven't experienced anything out of the ordinary in the way of headaches, hunger pangs or weakness. I felt pretty much normal, just like any day except for the abstinence from food. It was a good day.
