flukes and worms on poo patrol

Well, results at last! I did 3 enemas and lo and behold..flukes and thin worms from 1/3 of an inch long or shorter...
Let me explain my enema technique ...
I take the shower head off the hose...get water right temp and right flow...(yes, right in the shower) and insert the tube into rectum...and run to the toilet and expel
3 is the usual number as the first doesn't take much to cause urge..
the second takes a little more time to get there as it reaches higher into the colon
the results are darker each time...
the last usually brings out a huge amount of mucous ...
It's cheap
It's effective
and it works for me :P
