Thanks for being at SDSU during Earth Week. It triggered some big insights that I did not have before. Fair Trade is a Grassroots movement that will encompass Being Fair to Growers, to Food, to Eaters. It will evolve into a movement that emcompasses Non GMO as well as organic growing of food, and food grown by all natural means that supports people growing their own food.
