2nd Leg of April Fast & How I'm Going

Haven't kept my blog up very well this time - so an update on my April fasting... I fasted strictly up to Day 9, my last blog, after which I started to dip in energy and enthusiasm & began taking some small bits of food - the first couple of days I shared some corn chip nachos with a friend, only about a handful - had a day off after that, did a bit of a mexican meal the following day and then sort of had broken the fast and went slowly back to eating over the next week --- all this led up to a couple of dinner engagements which I was glad not to be fasting for - important social things which went very well, by the saturday following the last friday fundraising/goodbye dinner I was sick of eating again and started the 2nd leg of this fast. I'm day 4 now, and again, the white tongue, detoxing, emptying out, it feels now like a good continuation of the first leg - want to keep it up again to day 9 or 10 - maybe a little longer... we'll see.
Need to get myself moving more, have been neglecting my yoga etc for the most part... even just practice some dancing when no one is looking.. just warm up the body and stretch, its getting cold and grey now as winter approaches, a difficult time to fast but I've got a trip to Bali in a few weeks and a lot of reasons to keep it up!
Note to self - it feels better to keep going than to interrupt :) Sometimes loss of sunshine and cold weather can make for loss of motivation tho! Good on me for just taking it in stride and starting up again though - all for now.
