Over-perfectionist or unrealistic goals can result in fatigue and overwhelm at a later point when the individual is simply unable to measure up to the tasks assumed. Feelings of self-doubt, despondency, and deep feelings of loneliness can set in when the soul feels it must face an overwhelming task relying solely on its own ego forces.

It is necessary at these times to shift the identity from that of hero or rescuer to an alignment with the true energy and inspiration of the Higher Self. In this way the individual is able to receive help from others and from the spiritual world. Elm balances the natural leadership capacities within the soul, especially by integrating these with the true directives of the Higher Self.

Today is April 22, 2013. It is Earth Day. I celebrated Earth Day Yesterday with the Earth Fair at Balboa Park, San Diego.


Gave much energy to Nadine yesterday, and the last few days.


Prepped some materials to help ground her Nadine's Healthier Pizza.


The day was not go well until we arrived after 2 pm at the Dr. Bronner Magic Soap Booth.

I connected with some vital contacts to connect the dots.


I need to order product for upcoming events.


What I need most this morning is a sense of peace from the spinning overwhelm.


There is more on my plate once again that I can human do.


I need to work with relieving the pressure through taking on some ordering of things on my desk and the area around my computer.


I cannot take on all this at once.


TODAY

Leave at 12:30 for dental appointment.
