Writing out my Seed Dream for the Spring and Natural Product Expo West.
I saw the need for Focus; however, I am still working way too hard today considering my energy levels.

WHAT DO I NEED TO RELEASE? WHAT CAN I DO DIFFERENTLY?
What Weeds--inner furniture, baggage, beliefs--do I intend to release that I might celebrate more "Enchanted Garden" in my life?
HOW MY PROCESS WORKS!
A few hours ago...this began as an inspiration. Then a request...then a proclamation of intent. I kept shifting the words from wanting to accepting that I already had this.
My Process is about bringing something down and up into this world through Planting a Seed Dream.
Look at the words of this edition.
I worked on this for numbers of hours to get it to this point.
I likely made 12 editions working on specific words and intent.
I noticed a Facebook friendship from a man who I haven't spoken to in 15 years who is now a strong force in the Natural Food Industry. He once lived here and gardened here.
It helps to write out a Seed Dream in this way, I find.

I have been working on this....I realize I need to set some limits. I cannot do all the things that I use to do. I want to focus on the book...that alone is a big assignment. I am getting my Focus for what I need to prepare for the Natural Product Expo West. This is a Big Assignment. I am still feeling the effects of the long winter and having my immune system down.
