CODE WORD: GROW A HEALTHIER PIZZA

Grow a Healthier Pizza is a Code Word. In the Journey to find health today we turn to Medicine, and Medicine today, Circa 2013 has become synonymous with taking a Pharmaceutical Drug for most people.

The word itself Doctor has come to mean a person, degreed in Science, who we go to because they know more than we do about fixing what ails us, but neither the word doctor or medicine, in the eyes of Nature, were meant to mean what they have become.

This has not always been the case. There have been Voices from the Past, Present and the Future who would say, "Grow A Healthier Pizza!" In this book, we will look at some of these voices and be reminded what Nature had in mind.

This Earth, we are so blessed to live on a planet of immense power and capacity to restore health and bring us wealth. The health we seek goes with matching diet and lifestyle, and rediscovering the meaning of balance.

Balance is not the same for each person although there are some universal laws that apply to Food when we seek it out as Medicine. Foods for healing and to support our particular Purpose and Destiny, asks to be fresh, whole, pure, and natural. By Natural, I mean grown by organic time tested principles.


Personal Purpose and Destiny are keys to understanding our own unique balance, and Food, past, present, and Future, is intended to be the cornerstore of Medicine and doctoring.

Knowing the element of Personal Purpose and Destiny comes through a lifelong pursuit and asking the question, Who Am I and why am I born? We either live in someone else's dream, or our own.

When we have Purpose and Destiny in hand, we have meaning and reason to eat better. When we have somewhere to go, and an appointment to keep with Destiny, then we have reason to care about ourselves and care about others.


GROW A HEALTHIER PIZZA

Today, Pizza has become for me symbolic of how far we have lost the our step on this most perfect earth where we can grow health when we live by
Nature's Original Technology.

Nature's Original Technology: This is the technology of the natural elements and living close to them.


Pizza is now called the most popular Food in the US. It is commercially made to feed the person on the run, or delight the family. If Pizza is now the most popular Food in America, then it is time now to Grow A Healthier Pizza.

This would begin with regaining confidence that we can grow some of our Food. We would come to terms with understanding the meaning of Sacred Seeds, and seeing ourselves as a Sacred Seed. To Grow A Healthier Pizza would be to recognize that our Purpose and Destiny are tied in with intentions we plant, and that seeds can help us Grow A Healthier Pizza as well as Plant Your Dream.

WHAT WOULD A GOURMET PIZZA EXPERIENCE LOOK LIKE IN THE ENCHANTED GARDEN ERA?

We can have gourmet Pizza experiences. I would include in this experience, adding into our crust Ancient Grains we have grown ourselves.

A Goumet Pizza would mean knowing our ingredients, and choosing ingredients that are made by manufacturers who show by their bottom-line, that they want the best for us.

I would include in this list, companies dedicated to produce food that support farming practices that are more concerned with nutrition per acre than profit per acre. I would include in this list, companies--who support today--people having the Right of all people to Know what is in their food.--including GMO Ingredients.

A "GMO" is a Genetically Modified Food. From the eyes of nature, GMO's are abhorrent. They represent a total breakdown of an evolutionary direction.


It is possible to have an elegant Pizza, but my main reference to Pizza in this book, Grow A Healthier Pizza, has been overshadowed by how Congress, in the Fall of November 2011, allowed Special Interests, to dictate to our elected reps, that two ounces of Tomato sauce defined Pizza as a Vegetable.


That is what basically Congress said when they voted out of concern for food manufacturers who sell to our schools, to subvert my preferred national policy that was moving in the direction of better foods for our kids in school.

THE CAMPAIGN TO GROW A HEALTHIER PIZZA

Special Interests have been dictating Food Policy in America for more than
100 years. I want to look at this in this book.

To Make a Healthier Pizza is a Revolutionary statement. It means turning away from what Special Interests would have us be and do, to feed the Soul of America through feeding ourselves better ingredients.

If Pizza has now become the most popular food in America, that we, as Food Reformers reading this book, commit to Grow A Healthier Pizza.

WHERE DOES "GROW" FIT IN?

I am convinced that we have lost our beat with nature, and we are losing it more and more.

2012 was a turnaround year.

A handful of people in California--who recognized that we were in bad relationship to our food, got off the couch to take on the latest sign of food degradation. The Battlezone is now Labeling GMO's, but personally, I feel we have moved beyond GMO proliferation.

People in my state of California got the ball rolling--as I saw it--toward education about food, through entering the political arena.

Prop 37--The Right to Know and to Label Geneticially Engineered Food became our Rally Cry.

I was one of this handful of people who set out to convince Californians to Vote Yes on 37.

For me, as with many others, Labeling GMO's was just the first step toward creating a a turnaround moment in the decline of the quality of our food, yet I saw something deeper here.

I saw the opportunity to grow a Grassroots movement of educated people who would rise up to take back our food supply, who would ultimately come to a new understanding of Medicine, and Doctors, of Purpose and Destiny through joining together to Grow A Healthier Pizza.
