CHEMICAL FREE KIDS--THE ORGANIC SEQUEL--HAS MUST READ GMO INFO

A book that I have had on my shelf jumped out at me today as I prepare Cirriculum I want to recommend for students before the BIO Fair at Hami High this coming April.


Last year, I had a station at the Medical Fair--where we did the Plant Your Dream Work. I had numbers of organic products that I wanted to introduce to the kids. The Medicine Fair was in the Cafeteria. This was the first time that some of these foods entered this food prep area, and hopefully, it will not be the last, thanks to the well meaning school Admin, Staff, and Faculty who want the best for the the very promising youth of Hami HIgh Los Angeles.


This book, authored by Anthony Zolezzi, Linda Bonvie, and Bill Bonvie has a very well written Chapter Three on GMO and rBGH that I highly recommend.
