ELDERBERRY EXTRACT FOR FLU SYMPTOMS

Elderberry Extract, the Sambucus brand, was recommended to me. I have been taking it for the light headed symptoms I have. I have had various expressions of some kind of infection that I imagine is a Flu variety.

Mainly, the most consistent barometer for me is that the glands under my cheekbone are hard on both sides. I feel them often during the day to get a sense of how I am doing.

The book by Dr. Bernard Jensen was one of his his earlier books and is well done. it had some good editing of his philosophy and words.
