Saying thanks. Met an elder of the Supplement industry at last year's Natural Product Expo West. He sent these two products to me, with the thought that they would help.

I used up the Panax Ginseng. The L-Arginine has turned to a white powder. I am not sure it came in capsules, I cannot tell.

His name was Elwood, I believe. I will check that.

GARDEN MANAGEMENT JOURNAL

Still clearing my desk. Cleared out my Sacred Seed Basket. Filled a plastic envelope with the Job's Tears on the bottom. The Art that Laura made is more honored now, and I wrapped the hemp yarn that came from here around an Eden Pencil.

Opened the repaired Magnet that M sent. There was a note. Review- ???- Cancel. Found the Hebrew writing on the Altar and decluttered a few things. Took a few photos and some of the first batch of little seedlings growing for the Tower of Pizza (Tower Garden) Project.

It is 5:05 pm --Sabbat--and this was the most Sacred thing I did all day.

My room is filled with boxes and notebooks that I have not gone through, some in a few years, The Notebooks even longer.

It is good to reclaim this part of reality that is in disarray. I have been all computer for the longest time. Good to at least see what is up in this world.
