inhaling cloves to break up congestion + Other Remedies

I have some very aromatic spices from the Rain Forest.

Will they help break up congestion?

Looking for info now.

Nadine and daughter are reinfected.

I am starting to get well.

I need more info on the role of Quinton in preventing influenza and how it was used.

I could not go out New Year's Eve and passed on going to a really special Kwanzaa New Year's Day that I go to every year.

Nadine went out New Years Eve.
Went into the water New Years Day.
Was around me while I was still infected and she was feeling better.
Hugged my niece and...when they said goodbye.
Niece was infected.
