The inspiration of an Art Sculpture I found in Balboa Park
This photo from a series of a sculpture in Balboa Park represented to me the journey to win back our Sacred Seeds that, according to Alfred W. McCann begins with our youth and in the schools. In the schools: by this he meant education of our youth. His adamant decree is told in "The Science of Eating" 1919, and "Starving America." Depraved foods, including depraved refining processes for commercial gain, was one of his themes. This photo was originally intended to inspire the journey to the National Heirloom Expo, September 11-12-13, 2012. The series of images continues to have deep meaning for me as we continue The Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza in 2013. I look forward to a lot of stillness in January to get my ideas together for a book called, "Grow A Healthier Pizza."
