I HAVE CONGESTION IN MY LUNGS

I am not in the best spirit to start this first morning of 2013.

Had to restart the computer.

That is appropriate.

I no longer am in contact with the TV world, so some of the outer energy of the New Year is not coming in.

Last night, I had to pass going to the New Year Ascension activity at the Worldbeat Center.

Nadine, N, and another Housemate or two were there.

I anticipated all day going there.

The weather was too cold for me.

I do not frequently give in to health challenges.

I have a history of coming through when needed.

I thought to be there. I was preparing all day some materials to do Plant Your Dream.

Today is the annual gathering at the Butcher's House. I go every year. It begins around 3 pm.

I do not like the idea of missing this.

My lungs are congested.

It does not seem fair to others or myself to subject them or myself to a group environment.

I through last night to work on projects.

I got a head start.

I pulled together photos.

I would like to give myself the gift of starting to clear my desk at least, but my spirit is low.

I have tissues filled in the trash, and a weight on my lungs.
