Got an email from Anthony Zolezz,, Sustainability Expert, and Entrepreneur, the other day.

Send me on a two hour search of old Iphoto Libraries looking for the whereabouts of a remarkable man, Bill W. Nicholson.

I met Bill when I was the photographer for the Organic Center a back in 2008. Bill struck me as a very special man. We had fun with some delightful ladies who circled around the man who has been known in the past as a motorcycle rider, known to drive his vehicle into a bar.

Bill celebrates his 70th in a few weeks. Anthony wants to make the most of this very special occasion to honor one of his dearest of friends.

I did find the photos, and in doing so started to organize a a library bearing some very special images.

PETER FONDA ENVIRONMENTALIST IS CONCERNED ABOUT THE OCEAN

I spoke to Peter Fonda about the condition of the oceans a few years back when we met. I loved the Movie "Easy Rider." Peter is the brother of Jane Fonda. Their dad was Henry Fonda.

SILENT OCEANS PROJECT BROUGHT TO MIND

For those already trying to put a stop to a bevy of faster - and noisier - watercraft, jet yachts are just the latest obnoxious toy for the wealthy and nonchalant. "There's no way we can keep track of all the inventions of the rich," says William Spear, founder of the Silent Oceans Project in Litchfield, Conn. "Hopefully, we're at the apex of our mindlessness and our egocentric behavior with respect to how big a boat, how big an engine, and how loud a race we can muster."
