Draft One: I am working on making a new ad to release. This is the First Edition. Next: New Photos of the house...

Who: You!

What: A Room for Rent for $620.00, The room is upstairs, and shares a clean bathroom used by a number of others. The room has a hard wood floor, and a fairly small closet. You can also store some things in the attic next door. There is a lot of light from windows in the room, and no central heating. There are neighbors who appreciate quiet. The room is approx 12 by 12 foot and overlooks our back garden and a view of a canyon.

When: Available now. By the week to start. By the Month.

Where: A 75- year old home where many over a history of more than 40 years have grounded their dreams and reconnected with the beat of nature through being in a environment that fosters human and plant growth. Within Walking Distance of San Diego State University. Within 30 minute trolley of the SDSU Trolley Station. Within reach of downtown through bus line, or close to the entrance to the I-8 freeway and Hwy 94.

Where: This is a 1/3 acre parcel at the end of a cul de sac bordering canyons. We share the environment with birds, and other wild animals that sometimes make themselves known through sounds and sight. There are coyote sounds at times when fire engines go off at a distance.

Why: We have reached a time when more and more of us are in transition. The value of the work we do is being chosen for us by industries and special interests who have profit motives more than Prophet Motives--recognizing that the greatest natural resource is a full alive human being.

Why: There is a dream inside you. Nature can be your finishing school, and now is the time to train in some of the skills that are essential to Survive This Day, and Thrive through the End of the World as We Know It.

Why: Leaving in a household is a way to develop cooperative living skills, and practice responsibility for taking care of yourself.

What you get: Your own private room in a shared household. Use of a shared kitchen, dining room, and living room, and access to some of 1/3 acre where you can gain famililarity with the way seeds grow, and that includes your own, when you Plant Your Dream.

What you get: You get access to various sites that call to be gardened and cared for.

Skills that would be useful around the house now If who want to Help Around Our Enchanted Garden Intentional Community in Trade for a Money Gift Back at the End of the Month

Rent Reduction: You pay $620.00 moving in. I will gift you back the equivalent of $10.00 an hour up to 12 hours a month for contributions you make to the property. These contributions can include helping with garden maintenance, entering Plant Parenthood agreements to tend to plants and trees, learning and helping with composting and our unique system of recycling, learning garden skills, helping with renovating a 100 year old Secretary to house a future cottage industry business selling and trading services for Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds. Help with renovating an old Singer Sowing Machine, hand powered.

What you get: Access to a state of the art kitchen Purative Water filter system that removes all contaminants including particles that may be harmful for your health due to Fukushima, birth control pills in our water supply, and a most of other semi toxic elements i prefer not to drink (flouride).

What you get: Have access to a a natural healing arts library that includes books of Edmond Bordeaux Szekely (Co-founder of Rancho La Puerta and founder of the Essene School of LIfe); materials and books from Dr. Bernard Jensen, founder of the Hidden Valley Health Ranch; many books of Leslie Goldman, Your Enchanted Gardener;

What you get: Opportunity to help with the Plant Your Dream Blog and use your own skills to help develop making living together easier.

Agreements: We keep the common areas of the house clean. We all help some with plant care. We all maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and tend the bathrooms (we have one upstairs, one downstairs, and a shower/bath in the basement).

Who Lives here: There is currently one little dog who lives outside; One Enchanted Gardener; a few artist types; a few eccentrics who have unique and particular diets all over the healthy food map.

We Agree to cook mostly vegetarian food in our shared kitchen out of respect for others who do not like the frangrance of meat. I cook lamb in a crockpot outside. We have also lived successfully with vegetarians, and vegans, and fermented food eaters.

Some of us Love: Great communication and thrive on teaching Diad processes; Others like to keep to themselves more because they are so pre-occupied with their own dreams growing.

This is a place to ground. A place to find quiet and respect from others, and understanding that you may have something else on your mind rather than talking in the moment. Shared communications are also encouraged, and eating together.

Negatives: There is no central healing system. This is an old house of three stories. There is some closet space in the room. We encourage being sensitive to others. We are near SDSU. We have limited parking during the hours of 8 am -7 pm weekends. You can park on on a nearby street but need to walk to our home. There is some access to our driveway with pre-arrangement.

Positives: For many years we have encouraged a low profile for drinking, drug use, and smoking on site. Do as you will, but be responsible for maintaining a healthy environment for all. Numbers of our housemates have found it possible to live here without their own cars.

There are generally a lot of good cooks here. This is a place to have a love for healthy foods rub off on you.

Thanks for listening.
Give me a call to arrange for a time to visit and opportunity
to meet you.

NEW CAMPAIGNS FALL AND SPRING 2012-2013

The United States of America, to fulfill its destiny as a nation based on principles of Democracy and Freedom, requires people who are given choice, not only in the Right To Know all the ingredients in our foods, But the skills Know How to maintain Pure Food Independence. Let’s Move in the direction of encouraging youth and adults to Grow some of our own Food. These events are compelling and ask us to take action:

Events in Washington Fall 2012, where Congress backed a bottom line to save a dollar over our children’s health–The Pizza as Vegetable Debacle;
Events in California surrounding the attempt to overcome the People”s initiative called Prop 37.

We call for: A thorough investigation of media and government of strategies intended to steal America’s from our national foundational principles.

Our rally cry now is Grow A Healthier Pizza! Win Back Our Sacred Seeds.

We will continue to ask for Food Labeling and Pure Food Safety. Labeling needs to include Labeling Genetically Engineered Foods on state and national levels. We Petition ourselves to acknowledge We as a nation have a Grassroots Food Movement, local and sustainable. We ask each other, our President, and Congress to join us in encouraging local sustainable action and activities. Let’s move our nation in this direction.

This movement begins in our own backyard.....The movement toward Food Independence begins in our own backyard.

RECENT TESTIMONIALS

From Puna Forager, now a Puna Resident of Hawaii

Attention: Hey, everyone! This Enchanted Gardener is really special... full of real wisdom... I learned so much from him and his friends who passed through... he's influenced me in so many ways without really realising just how much until recently... and now I'm living the local food life in Hawaii... growing 95% of my own food... and receiving all of the virtues of nurchuring plants into maturity, picking and preparing my own food, and sharing it!

Draft One,
October 30, 2012

GOALS LOOKING TOWARD WINTER-TO SPRING

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?

WHY DO YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE?

PERSONAL

TO CATCH UP!

I left tons of organization behind in 2012. I committed to work full time to help create a Grassroots movement that would raise awareness about the need to label GMO foods. My personal take is that we need to Grow A Healthier Pizza...this means grow some of our own food.

The Pizza Reference...Congress in Fall 2011 discussed sais that Two ounces of Tomato Sauce defined Pizza as a Vegetable. If that was the case, then I set out to help others Grow A Healthier Pizza.

WHY DID WE LOSE PROP 37? The elephant in the closet is that there are not enough of us who understand what Keeping the Beat (and Beet) with Nature is all about! junk food is the norm now, and poor eating habits. The Nation's appetites are ruled by Advertising Campaigns.

The government is invested in science that promotes Biotechnology and a generation of Kids on Computers.

THIS IS MY STAND

I want to see a generation of Kids that know as much about uploading compost into apple trees as uploading info into computers.

That in essence was the gist of the 7.5 Million + 2 Petition on Change.Org. I saw early on that we needed 7.5 Million + 2 to Win Prop 37. We got more than 5 million. The opposition got 5 million too, but about 600,000 more than the YES side. Many people agreed that knowing what was in their food was a good idea, but they were taken in by deceptive arguments.

TO BEGIN ORGANIZING FOR A SECOND SEASON OF THE GROW A HEALTHIER PIZZA CAMPAIGN

Launch will be March at the Natural Product Expo West.

I would like to inspire our new housemate to be one of the 7.5 Million + 2 that are needed now to further grow a grass roots movement in America that regains confidence that we can grow some of our food.

SEEKING ANGEL INVESTORS FOR 2013 GROW A HEALTHIER PIZZA PROJECTS

GROW A HEALTHIER PIZZA 2013--RESIDENT SCHOLARSHIP FOR A YOUTH I CAN TEACH PRINCIPLES OF NATURE AS TAUGHT TO ME

It is important to understand where some of our organic companies are coming from before we go on boycotts that hurt the idea of scale.
I would be honored to work with Honest Tea as a Sponsor for the Grow A Healthier Pizza Project 2013. This project will include educating one Student at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community and recording progress on the Plant Your Dream BLog. I set out in 2012 to help pass Prop 37 with a vision that unless we had more people with their feet in the garden, we could not get the 7.5 Million + 2 we needed to Win Yes on Prop 37. I would like to be more effective in our 2013 Campaign.

I want to scale up the Plant Your Dream Blog and ideas that that will help others Keep the Beat with Nature. My inspiration is the work of Edmond Bordeaux Szekely and Dr. Bernard Jensen, two of the elders of the American Health Sanitarium Tradition t THE Dhat took people into a natural environment so that they might grow. To imagine that in an urban environment within walking distance of SDSU, I can teach nature practices, is in itself, a strange idea, but I want to do it here--for now."--Leslie Goldman, Your Enchanted Gardener

Reference to the Wheat Kernel is made here in Arran Stephen's Musings...
I will seek further to get his support for the 2012 Campaign.

I want to make the books of Edmond Bordeaux Szekely available to the new housemate. Organizing these books could be a Gift toward rent.

From Arran Stephen's Musings...

The Essene Gospel contains compelling evidence of the natural healing science of the Essenes, as well as the following recipe for sprouted bread:

Moisten your wheat, that the angel of water may enter it. Then set it in the air, that the angel of air also may embrace it. And leave it from morning to evening beneath the sun, that the angel of sunshine may descend upon it. And the blessing of the three angels will soon make the germ of life to sprout… Then crush your grain, and make thin wafers, as did your forefathers when they departed out of Egypt, the house of bondage…(1)
