As many of you know Jordan is close to being in a state of War. Gaza is under seige and the world has gone to "pot."  It is never too early to think of survival tactics and what you would do if your were faced with survival with no electric, food or water.

I began stock piling food and bottled water and so am pretty well off.  Today I thought of preparing my olive leaf in case of disaster.  So I took my dried olive leafs and placed them in a food processor and chopped them.  They are not in the fine powder state, but a rough chop.  To Learn how to prepare the fresh olive leaves, read this: http://www.naturalnews.com/027505_oil_olive_olives.html

Barefoot today stated that he has stockpiled oregano oil and his second choice is olive leaf.  You can buy the best olive leaf powder at Mountain Rose Herbs

My recipe for flus, colds, COPD, and other illnesses is to take 21 capsules of the dried poweder all at once and then continue with 9 capsules daily.  It will knock out the flu in 4 hours or less.  You must take this protocol at the beginning of your cold.

Well till we meet next time.

Sara

How to Prepare the Olive Leaves:

After you have picked your olives, it is time to prepare the leaves. Remove all the leaves from the trees and place them in the shade to allow the leaves to dry. The dried leaves will store for up to two years in a glass container. If you do not have a glass container, a plastic jar will suffice. When the leaves are needed, grind them and use as an ingredient in a healthy smoothie or place olive leaves in vegetarian capsules.
