I have associated with frogs in recent months; However, I must say, that Frog, who I met in Michael Chissick and Sarah Peacock's book, "Frog's Breathtaking Speech," Jessica Kingsley Publishers, is among the wisest. This is Frog after he did his yoga breaths and gave his breathtaking speech at frog school.
Here is a picture of the Frog School I visited during the Caravan, September 1-10, the Natiional Heirloom Expo, September 11-12-13 in Santa Rosa, CA. This is at the pond at Frey Organic Vineyard, one of the sponsors of YES on 37, the Right to Know Label Genetically Engineered Food Act that was on the CA ballot Nov. 6.
I read aloud the book to Liora Leah, and we both enjoyed ourselves. We had had a little blowout on the phone earlier, and so this book, subtitled, "How Children (and Frogs) Can Use the Breath to Deal with Anxiety, Anger and Tension" was a relief.
The story is an education in itself, and the title is very creative with numbers of double meanings intended.
This story is about a Frog who was very sad, and anxious to give a speech, and gets some advice along the path of life from his friends, the Crocodile, the Lion, The Humming Bee, and Mr. Grumble, a man with an Axe. Each teach Frog how to do various kinds of breathing techniques.
I do not want to give away the soul satisfying ending of our story here, however, I do say, you will enjoy applying the various yogi techniques, delightfully translated and taught through this delightfully illustrated book.

I enjoyed so much meeting Jessica Kingsley. Meeting her was a Gift, and came after days of enduring some inner struggles at the Pacific Symposium. I will likely benefit form meeting Frog, and his animal and insect friends, as well as Mr. Grumble.
