Impending Economic Collapse Made Worse by No on 37 Vote

When all else fails, tell the truth as you know it. I am writing this morning with a pain in my left groin. That came upon me suddenly yesterday after listening to a profound eye opening talk by Stephen Gomes, an internationally traveled teacher of MBA students, and then spending quality time with Ilana Rubenfeld, a woman world renowned for her work .

Both are now members of the Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza. In signing the 7.5 Million + 2 Petition on Change.org, a person commits themselves to either endorse the California Right to Know, or be a cheerleader for its passage. You do not have to be a registered voter in CA to sign.

Natural Healing to the Rescue

Gratefully, through the use of a natural Anti-inflammatory called StayActiv and doses of Arnica Montana 30 C, the same you can get at Whole Foods Market in a three pack, I am able to be sitting beyond the pain to write what I need to say here.

My dear friend John Vasconcellos, the California State Sentator and member of the legislature for 38 years, a friend since the early 80's invited me to lunch Monday at The Dana on Mission Bay. I went. I did not realize he was in town to gather with an international following of therapists and personal growth advocates who love the work of Virginia Satir. Virginia came up with the word "Family Therapist." In the 80's John, helped create a Task Force popularized the word "Self Esteem"

I stayed after lunch to record most of John's talk. One of the most positive voiced in politics ever--believing in the inherent good in each person==John is at the heartbeat of trends and things we need to know.

One message he told was that by 2020, our ice caps will be melting releasing extreme levels of methane gas. He said we would be toast.

In the front row was a man who remembered the 60's. I was immediate drawn to him. His name was Stephen Gomes. Stephen Gomes has traveled to more countries to teach students about MBA--Masters of Business Admin--than I can pronounce.

He talked of his time in Kuwait, one of the richest of nations. The son of the King was in his class, and the students drive the most expensive of cars.

Stephens message was also profound. He is a man in the know. He explained why the EU--European Union was failing. He explained how the financial crisis in there US--the one associated with our bailouts not many years ago--was far worse than most people imagined.

I started to get anxious listening to Stephen. I already had enough on my plate preparing for the upcoming Pacific Symposium November 6-11 as well as working full time to Grow The Greatest Grassroots Movement in CA History--as best I know.

Stephen caught me off guard. At the end of his talk that did not point out a positive outlook, He introduced me.

I spoke before the group of therapists and supporters personal growth.

I told them about my concept of Plant Centered Therapy, a take off on the work of Carl Rogers. He called his work, "Person-Centered Therapy."

I had Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds with me, the same kind that I will have at the upcoming Pacific Symposium exhibit I will do Nov 9-10-11 at the Catamaran Resort and Spa.

The Message I Gave: Heirloom Seeds my Friend, Seeds,
Get to Khow Them and Grow Them

The message I gave was basically the same message that Stephen Gomes, strategist would have said.

Invest now in learning to grow your own food.

Invest in supporting local Seed banks.

The economic is going down because is is standing on a false premise of Greed and investing in technology that is harming.

Most people today--even in California--do not know they they are eating GMO laden Foods. The Gov and its FDA and many will tell you the GMO's are safe.

I do not believe so.

Prop 37 is a beginning of a comeback for the human race.

It is a people's initiative. Near 1 million got it on the ballot. Today more the NO side is spending more than 40 Million to convince and distract. They are saying basically that voters do not need to know what is in their food.

There are a ton of materials out there all ready on YES on 37.

There are a ton of distractions out there you can buy into put out by the same folks who said DDT, and Agent Orange were safe.

These are precarious times.

An Honest Dialogue on Science, Ethics, and Food is needed. We are in a Food Emergency and do not even know it.

May a word to the wise be sufficient.
