So I did indeed had my cucumber and a couple other green things. I was fine. No stomach pains. I then decided to speed walk at my gym for 45 minutes. Afterwards, I decided to weigh myself for kicks...
After 12 days of fasting, I did not lose 1 pound.
I knew I wasn't crazy. You see people, this is how powerful hormones really are. I tell you, I cannot wait to go to the doctor Wed. I am going to get to the bottom of this no matter what it takes. Most of the excess weight is definately in whatever is growing in my pelvic area, but it is obvious that this THING is affecting my metabolism as well. I almost hope my toxicity is off the charts from the suspected pesticides around my building. Nothing would be more satisfying than proving to everyone my intuition was right all along. It's either that or I'm having an alien's baby ;)
I am well aware that I'm not supposed to have any protein powder for at least a couple days, but since my body was craving it, I had a green (broccoli) smoothie and am just fine. I will probably wait a couple of days before having fish, however...then again...I'll see how I feel tomorrow. If I can't have any source of sugar (i.e:fruit), then my food choices are limited. I think lots of greens and small amounts of protein are the only things that will hold me over until I figure out what's wrong.
